Hansa Villa is located in Warakapitiya, Weligama, in the Southern Province of Sri Lanka. We are approximately 5 minutes from Weligama Bay beach, 12 minutes from Mirissa's whale watching harbour, and 40 minutes from the UNESCO-listed Galle Fort.
The villa has 2 beautifully designed en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom features views over the surrounding paddy fields. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Yes — the pool is entirely private and exclusively for villa guests. It is set within the tropical garden with open views across the paddy fields, making it ideal for an undisturbed morning swim or sunset dip.
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can often be arranged — just let us know when you enquire.
Your rental includes the entire villa, private pool, tropical gardens, fully equipped kitchen, free high-speed WiFi, and air conditioning throughout. Optional extras include private airport transfers, daily Sri Lankan breakfasts, evening meals, surf lessons, whale watching trips, and temple excursions — all arranged personally for you.
